Poor customer service. Wasn't greeted or asked if I needed anything when walking around aimlessly in search of assistance. Then was met with an "eh" when I said hello to a man who I thought may work there (wasn't sure as there was no clothing indicator and he looked up once without smiling or saying anything to me just went about what he was doing looking through thongs). I asked if he worked there and was met with a sarcastic 'joke' which was just it for me and I was happy to take my business elsewhere 🤷🏻♀️

I bought a pair of Sandals and walked out of the store in them to find they were pinching my feet, I took them straight back in and was told they would not refund them despite only buying them 1 minute earlier! STAY AWAY!

One of the best shops in Byron Bay! This shop is filled with all sorts of fun beach items and a great supply of footwear. I personally love the environmentally sustainable beach games (Kubb is a crowd favourite). I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile. One of the only places I buy my foot wear. PS It is great to support a family owned business.

I ordered a pair of beach paddles from Barefoot Blvd and the product that I got looked very nice indeed. Unfortunately, after only a couple of minutes of playing with them, one of the paddles lost a piece of wood from its surface (it looked like a crack was there from the beginning) and one of the balls broke literally in half. I contacted the store to ask for a replacemente, because it was obvious that the product was faulty. They immediately wrote back to me and organized for a replacement to be delivered to me, no delivery costs involved. 5 stars for customer care.
