Arguably the best range of basins in Perth, great customer service from Sebastian, excellent range of tiles and fittings but beware, they have a quaint 20% restock fee if you wish to return a fitting. Apparently it is on the invoice, but as you don't get an invoice until sale completed, you wont know. Cost me 47.00 even though I spent a further 149.00 in store. Very disappointed and wont go back . Would have earnt 5 stars if this had not been the case. Beware!!

This company's response to my complaint rejected my recall of events and conversations that I had with them when seeking matching white tiles. However I remain certain that the experienced staff member (Jackie as above) did not mention any possibility that tiles they would supply may not be a match for the sample I showed her! If she had said anything like this I would have sought a better match at the Tile library or I would have asked her to show me the tiles that would be supplied to gauge the difference. Thus I and the renovator would not have been surprised when it was found to be so after

We are from Kalgoorlie and bought a vanity and glass top as well as crystal bowls from this business. Six months later we were getting it installed when the plumber told us it was faulty. After contacting Kelly from the store and sending photos and a copy of the receipt she arranged for another glass top to be sent to us within a few days. She was very helpful. Will definitely go back to this store

I chose this store as I am from the country and it is a one stop shop so convenient. Everything went well until I encountered a problem. I had to ring several times for every issue and was promised return calls that never came. A floor drain worth $330 that was too large and still in box would not be refunded. A stone bench top I ordered for an under-mount sink was supposedly cut for a drop in sink. I was told I never asked for an under-mount even though I have it on plans I showed the staff and discussed plumbing to suit. The bench was put in place and tiled when it was discovered that one edge
