I could not find a tap conversion for an IBC water tank. I went to Civcon. The service and product knowledge of the staff member was one of the best I have ever experienced. He knew exactly what I wanted. He took me to the area where they were and showed me the different attachments I could use. I just can not speak highly enough of them. I have since been back for bits and pieces and received the same great service. You should try it yourself...😊

I've been using this business for 14 years. Civcon have a very good range of tanks, pumps and various fittings. Staffed by a happy, helpful and knowledgeable team, this business is my first point of call when I need components for my home water storage. My most recent purchase was this morning when I bought a replacement pump for a 14 year old pump that had been ailing for two years. When I first reported a problem Civcon provided information about resetting the pump, and this gave the pump an extra couple of years of useful life.

Installation of water tank was disgraceful. Dozens of faults as emailed to the business. Issues included multiple screw holes left in tank where screws did not align, many many gaps in rodent proofing, jagged edges where tin was trimmed, metal shavings left on floor of plastic tank lining, joined metal sheets where full length sheets should have been, earth straps not connected. Repairs to roof did fix most issues but not all. Communication was very poor including no follow up after repairs attempted. Thank you for reading!
