The staff were lovely and patient with our very introverted toddler getting a first haircut! The certificate at the end was super cute too. The staff were ready to wait until our toddler was calm and got in quickly while he was distracted! The haircut is great as well, exactly what I asked for.

We just got the twins haircut for the 2nd time at Magic Moose! The ladies are so great with the kids, they have every trick available to get the kids to sit still, iPads, books, toy cars, blocks and a train… set. I honestly though one of our twins was not going to get his hair cut but he was shown a moving wind up crab and that was it and he was happy! Easy to book, and quick availablity for us.

2.5yr olds hair cut. The staff are great in that they will do the hair cut if the kid needs it even if they aren't happy about it. However the haircut its self was completely different lengths. Same patch of hair with pieces 2-3 times the length in it. Side burns patching also. Convenient but not great.

Great opportunity to make this the “place to go” for a kids first hair cut but it misses the mark a little bit.
Very old and dirty kids play table and train set but no real exciting toys to play with.
Great to get a certificate with first curl attached and a lollipop after the cut.
But a week after our visit she needs another cut because hairdresser hasn’t styled it or cut the hair beyond a little at the back. It’s pricey ($17) for a 3 minute hair cut.
Won’t go back unless they improve and clean it up a bit. Too dirty for me.

Thank you Magic Moose for Indy’s first haircut. Mummy didn’t attend due to the fear of her screaming down the whole suburb as she hated her hair being brushed. The ladies there made her experience great and she… didn’t even worry that her hair was being cut. She is so proud of her hair now that she wants to have it brushed now without screaming. Thanks we will be back.

Staff were on time which is great with little ones in tow.
Love the little train set at the front to entertain kids.
Tiny human was given an iPad to watch while her hair was cut and they also had several movies playing on TVs
Cash only was a bit of an annoyance however was told by another Mum before we went so wasn’t caught out when we got there.
Customer service was great as was their sanitisation before and after the cut

We have taken our little boy to see Lilly and the ladies at Magic Moose ever since his first haircut and we refuse to go anywhere else. They are always so welcoming, always lovey to our little guy and make haircuts so easy with the TV’s in every booth. Once The Wiggles come on he doesn’t even know his hair is getting cut. They also do cuts for… parents too so both he and I get ours done at the same time. Very reasonably priced and they always give our little guy a lollipop at the end which he loves as well. Also have a great play area for the little ones while they wait. Thoroughly

Well what a great experience from the moment you walk in three smiling ladies looking at you Sarah was my Stylist lots of place to sit air con was great for a super hot day. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed excellent pricing fantastic haircut all around what a great welcoming place to go just walk in highly recommend and they actually listen to what you say. 10/10 hands down.
