Gary is professional and efficient, the process has been absolutely smooth. Gary came over for an on-site inspection the day after I sent the online enquiry and arranged installation on the next day. The installation team arrived on time and the workmanship is neat with attention to details. The AC (Mitsubishi AP series) Gary recommended is super quiet and perfect for baby's bedroom. Very happy with the product and service, will definitely use the service again in the future.

We had a a multi-head split system installed by Rapid Cold about a year ago. From the quotation stage all through installation every single person I've dealt with from the company has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive, and the installation went very smoothly, and professionally.
