Taximise tax accountants are registered as a Tax Agent with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Taximise offer tailored taxation solutions for Individuals (tax return for residents and non residents), Businesses and Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, Superannuation Funds, etc. Our tax agents also prepare tax amendments for all entities, when so required.
Also please bring with you your Tax File Number, your bank account details, and, if you are a new customer, a copy of your previous year tax return and the details (name, email, phone number) of your previous accountant or tax agent. You should also bring with you any PAYG Payment Summaries you have received from employers, dividend statements, bank interest records, income distribution statements, etc.
Reasonable travel expenses to inspect/repair the property or collect the rent (directly from the tenant). Depreciation expenses (unless we already have this information from last year). If you have not had a Quantity Surveyors Report carried out on the property (to establish construction costs and value of fittings etc), please contact our office for a recommendation.
The list below summarises essential taxation information required for a Superannuation Fund tax lodgment. You should prepare the relevant substantiation documents (preferably in advance of your first appointment with us) and bring them along with you in order to allow our tax agents to quickly estimate the tax claim and lodge the superfund tax return with the ATO.
We also offer access to select financial / investment advisors to enable you to plan for your retirement. The Australian Government web site contains essential information about the superannuation choices, regulations and obligations in Australia. We also recommend understandingmoney.gov.au for further information, tools and useful links about superannuation in Australia.

I do not recommend Monica - she did not provide me with any advice, missed key areas that my current accountant picked up immediately, grossly overcharged me and then withheld my documents when I told her I would no longer use her services. Shocking experience, beware of Taximise!

I never write reviews online but I absolutely had to for Taximise. I came to Monica with a complex situation and no clue how to manage my tax this year. She immediately put me at ease and handled my tax return efficiently and professionally. The best part was you can tell that Monica genuinely cares about her clients. I can't recommend her highly enough!
