Waminco supplies a wide range of conveyor belting for mining, quarrying and other industrial applications. PN (Polyester Nylon) conveyor belt is constructed from high grade rubber, reinforced with grade specific cloth, utilising Polyester fibres in the warp (lengthwise) and Nylon fibres in the weft (across).
Waminco Skirting Rubber is primarily used to reduce spillage and dust over the edges of conveyor systems. As an economical rubber strip, it also has numerous uses in many facets of industry and agriculture. By default, skirting rubber is supplied without any chamfers. Where required, an edge can be chamfered to your preferred angle to optimise contact with the conveyor belt.
Waminco can pre-install SR fasteners to your requirements. They provide an economical & robust hinged joint that allows the conveyor belt to be installed quickly and easily on site by insertion of the hinge pin without special tools or installers. SR Fasteners can be supplied as individual components, or as a complete set to make an onsite join.
Waminco's steel rollers are available in a range of standard off the shelf sizes, or can be custom made to your requirements. All rollers feature primary and secondary dirt seals, deep groove ball bearings and ERW tubing with MIG welded ends. Shafts are stepped as required. Deployed in the impact (loading) area of a conveyor belt, the rubber rings prolong belt and system life by absorbing the impact energy of the media being loaded.
Waminco Dust Cloth & Grip Strip provides a simple and economical way to seal access and structural openings in machinery enclosure; hence sealing dust and noise into the internal spaces of screens, chutes, feeders, conveyors and other pieces of plant and machinery. Dust Cloth is highly flexible and stretchable, allowing components of steel structures to move, vibrate and flex independently of one another.
