We used Freedom Migration for my partners PR application. There were some tricky issues to navigate through after the Department of Home Affairs gave a negatige response, despite having completed the application thoroughly and with full supporting information.

We received such a wonderful news today - the 7 Dec 2021 - our visa is granted 😍💐🥂🍾!!!
We still couldn’t believe it because it took only 3 months and 10 days for our visa granted.

One experienced case officer was allocated to us who stayed with us from the beginning to end. She was very responsive, regardless if contacted via phone or email. They did all form filling for us, did various logic checks and flagged out when data was missing. We only needed to provide them the content and facts they explicitly requested. When it was unclear to them, they came back to us to clarify.
Furthermore, they kept track of everything and made it a relatively fast and stress free experience

Freedom Migration where so easy to work with and quick, they did everything they could and where extremely punctual. My husband received his visa six months before the expected date we felt we could truth and rely on them and we where not disappointed. This journey wasnt easy, we had so many mental challenges to obtain our partner visa , due to the requirments of requiring a health waiver, it wasnt easy but Rofia kept us on track and together . The presentation and documents they produced were well considered and professional. Great care was taken, I certainly would not have managed without their support. My partner and I decided to use Freedom Migration in the seeking of an Partner Visa 309/100.
