Beel Welding & Fabrication is a Sunshine Coast steel fabrication and engineering company established in 1996 to service the residential, industrial and commercial construction industries. What was once a small operation working out of a small shed in Warana, we are now established as one of the Sunshine Coasts major structural steel fabricators.
At Beel Welding & Fabrication we can provide a complete structural steel package, from design and detailing right through to the installation phase. Our experienced team are proficient in mechanical and structural drafting and use a drafting platform with capabilities of 3D modelling.
This 3D modelling generates all facets that will enable clients to visually experience the 'skeleton' of the build while also giving the clients opportunity to provide input as we go.3D modelling enables us to produce detailed GA's, marking out plans, fabrication drawings and reports through multiple drafting programs.

Our qualified structural fabricators and internal quality processes enables Beel Welding & Fabrication to provide accurate, coated materials to be delivered of high standard. Processed structural steel arrives at our headquarters where it is checked and loaded into our workshop. We use a 5.0 tonne overhead gantry crane to lift the steel members into one of our eight large welding bays.
At Beel Welding we can offer a range of metal coating options to enhance their aesthetics, protect and lengthen the life of the metals depending on their applied application. We are able to apply this to aluminium, stainless steel and structural steel to meet your project requirements. Ability to work to your timelines in our purpose built 800m2 workshop fitted with multiple welding stations.
Installation on any project is the final piece of the structural steel puzzle and where the 'skeleton' finally comes to life. Structural steel is securely transported from the Beel Welding & Fabrication facility in Bells Creek to site, where it is unloaded by crane. Working in conjunction with the builder, our installation teams work off the detailed marking plans and initiate the set out process.
