These are more suitable for the average household as they are small enough to be placed on driveways and come on smaller trucks for easier access.

If you've got general waste for disposal after a spring clean we've got a light waste bin for you. A General Waste bin has a weight limit of 150kgs per cubic meter, suitable for most light domestic or commercial waste; it can also contain light green waste. If you have combination household and builders rubbish and/or green waste to dispose of, we've got a range of skip bins available for a flat fee.
Auss Skip Bins provides SKIP BINS with for domestic and commercial purposes in Metropolitan Melbourne area. We deliver and pick up most bins within 24 hours of the request. We do not provide Hook Bins at this stage but will start them as soon as we have a reliable supplier. You need to estimate your waste in Cubic Meters.

As everyone else has already said, terrible communication, message bank full and lying about where the driver is.
If they had simply said "we made a mistake and the bin is not available, we can deliver tomorrow" that would have been fine. But instead, when they occasionally answer the phone, they make up an excuse "the truck broke down, its raining, there is too much traffic, he will arrive in an hour"
Its a lazy company and no one there seems to really care.
Dont use them unless you dont really care about when it arrives or speaking to a real person.

This company is disgraceful. They tried to scam me by delivering a bin half the size of the one I paid for in advance. I wonder how many other people have been duped by them? They argued over the level of the waste in the bin and failed to pick it up when they said they would I would give this dishonest company a very wide berth.

Worst customer service. I understand there can be delays but at least advised me and don’t tell me they will be there by 5 and then before 6 and then they don’t get there till 8pm. You could at least answer… your phones or emails and return calls and don’t just ignore me. To pay for a rusted old bucket that should go in the bin itself and for us to have to fix the holes so our tiles aren’t all on the ground when the bin is taken away is just crazy. Your communication and service is horrible. Again to have the bin picked up a day later then when it should and I had

They delivered a skip a month earlier than I’d ordered thus blocking off my driveway at a completely inconvenient time, preventing access for other tradespeople (I have no on street parking), damaged my hedge, lied to me about collecting the skip the next day, almost no communication from them without a lot of effort on my behalf and not even an apology- mistakes happen but they could have fixed this quickly and communicated with me- AVOID this COMPANY.

I got a skip from this company through bookabin.com.au.
The price was very reasonable for the size bin I got. Delivery was on time and pick up was early on the day I requested. The guy who delivered and collected was friendly, quick and put the bin exactly where I wanted it - No problems.
The only issue I found was trying to contact the company to find out when the bin would be delivered. Tried to call them multiple times and couldn't get through and the message bank was always full. Managed to get in touch using the live chat function on their website and everything was fine.

If you want a cheap skip bin, you dont care what time it arrives, you dont care when it gets picked up and you never need to talk to them on the phone, then this is the company for you. If however you book a skip bin on a specific date for a specific reason please please go elsewhere. They never answer the phone they never respond to messages. Terrible service. Do not recommend. Pay a bit extra and get the service you want.

Ordered a skip bin for Saturday morning, was not delivered until 7pm. Bin was supposed to be removed on Tuesday, yet has not been removed. It is blocking access to our roller door. The company has not answered my calls over the past 4 days. I've had to escalate the matter with the local council and consumer affairs.

This company has bad communication. I booked a bin 2 days ago. I noticed that I made a mistake on the address straight after booking. My error and I take responsibility for it. I called them straight away after confirmation (minutes after placing order). I got no answer and left a message in regards to my mistake and asked for a call back to sort everything out. I didn’t get a call back or reply. The next day I get a call that the bin is being delivered. They claimed that they didn’t receive a call from me even after I proved I had with screen shots of my call.

We used them for 2 skip bins. The 2nd bin was meant to be collected on Friday over a week ago. They have not collected the bin which is now blocking my entire site and can't be moved. The phone number goes to voicemail. I have tried calling, emailing, texting, Facebook. There is no communication from them.

Good service however the bin is still at my house which was supposed to be picked up 5 days ago. Haven't heard anything from the business as to when the bin will be picked up. Tried calling and emailing multiple times and have not had a return call or response. Bit un-professional not to pick a bin 5 days after the pick up date.
