Great place and location. Rooms are looking very tired and in need of update and a lot of maintenance work. When paying $290 a night you would expect a bath bomb for your spa daily, however you have to purchase as an extra. Awesome pool area and nice not having kids running around. Staff are very friendly and approachable.

The building requires a thorough clean including grounds.
Understaffed and staff that are there take on multiple roles.
Restaurant needs to be reopened perhaps steak bar! And better smell from that area as well.
Clearly the Spa needs a coat of paint and windows which you view to the garden need cleaning.
Something is wrong here...as a long time client Madison Day Spa had a great reputation for class..
This is clearly lacking as a guest of the Spa you can not buy a drink unless you pay cash and no you cannot bill it combined with your treatment/pedicure/
manicure...

The rooms were bright and vibrant, with a beautiful view of the bushland. The spa inside my room was fantastic, as well as my bed was very comfortable.
There was a bit of noise coming from the local construction crew of the upcoming bypass (which the hotel couldn't control), but this was only throughout the day and was minimal.
The manager is a top bloke and, nothing is too much trouble.
I will be back again next time when I'm at Echuca/Moama
