As part of the program, our Team is committed to upholding the Kings Cars Service Philosophy. Additionally, Customers can choose to enjoy our lounge area or free courtesy transportation service.
Kings Cars realise that many of our Customers try their hand at selling their car privately either on the internet, local paper or even to Friends or Family members. Whilst it's true you usually will get more selling it privately than trading it in, for many it's not worth the hassle or it takes longer than they expect or doesn't quite workout the way they planned.

Michael Guy was very nice and helpful finding our car. He was very responsive to provide information over email and phone. Even we didn't end up buying from here it was very good to meet. Staff was super nice. (they couldn't meet my price thanks to high demand created by pandemic, which I got better deal from somewhere else)

Go to pick up an oil filter to be told that departments closed because they've gone to get their flu shots after being sent away from Waurn ponds and told that i can only buy an oil filter from their breakwater centre.

Purchased a new Outlander for the wife here in September with salesman Jackson. He was super friendly and spared me the typical sales pitch you get at many other dealers. Anything we needed he was happy to facilitate and the overall sales experience was simple and fuss free. Got the Outlander at a good price too. There was a small issue with the car after 1500kms and the service department sorted that out for me quickly. Then last week I was looking for a secondhand Triton with help from Michael. There was nothing local so I put down a small deposit and he arranged a Triton to be transferred from
