For someone that has no clue about trailers, Menn-in Trailers was amazing! Marina was so kind and helpful with prices and details and when I picked the trailer up Will was amazing at giving me a run down on the trailer, the whole process was smooth! The trailer was built quick and it is the best trailer I've ever laid eyes on! It towes great and doesn't bounce around the road and it looks amazing! Love their work and detail!. Just took my trailer in to them with an electrical problem. Turned out it was the wiring harness on the tow bar was the issue, not the trailer. Menn-in Trailers fix the problem straight away and very kindly did not charge me. I was very happy with them when I bought the trailer and can't thank them enough for their help that wasn't even their issue. Thankyou all at Menn-in.

Very happy with Marina and the team at Menn-in Trailers for the kayak carrier made for my existing trailer. A glitch to begin with but customer satisfaction was the priority at this Taree business and any concerns were put right voluntarily and without hesitation. I was impressed — you will be too — including Marina responding to text messages on a Sunday! Highly recommend this business to others.
