Love the chair , the back is convenient and makes the unit comfortable, my back tubes broke , attempted a warranty repair or replacement , my local dealer fitter first in Calgary tried to help, but the head office in Germany refused to accommodate, for this expensive chair i would think some assistance would have been nice , i use to recommend this chair.
