This was the best plumber experience we have had. We had a clogged kitchen sink and made the mistake of trying to get Roto-Rooter to come clear it first. I knew where the clog was and just needed a plumber to snake it for us. BTSP gave us a quote over the phone and worked with us to get a plumber out as soon as possible. Roto-rooter was the exact opposite, they wouldn’t give a quote over the phone and eventually wanted to charge $570 for something Billy the Sunshine Plumber charged $175 for. Thankfully, we made the right call and went with BTSP.

We had issues with clogging with our toilet and shower tub. We called Billy the Sunshine Plumber in the morning and Patrick came to the house that afternoon, even though it had been raining throughout the day, which can be a problem if they have to go on the roof. Patrick was very nice and professional. Even though it got late into the early evening, Patrick stayed and worked on the problem until he found it and solve it. We really appreciate that he came and fixed the problem on the same day and kept a really nice disposition in spite of a long day. I certainly recommend this company.
