This timber has naturally high durability (Class 1), with an exceptional hardness rating of 11.0 on the Janka scale. Spotted Gum is a very popular species thanks to its attractive markings and naturally diverse colour range. Limited stock avaiable at this price - be quick. Tallowwood is a native Australian hardwood species very suited to timber flooring that grows through the coastal regions from Hunter River district of New South Wales to Maryborough, Queensland. It is a very hard and durable Australian native that is used for a wide range of applications both internally and externally.

There is a wide selection of timber species to choose from including, Ironbark, Blackbutt, Fijian Mahogany, Spotted Gum and Merbau decking. Quality Discount Timber far exceeded our expectations. Julie was so well organised, helpful and resourceful in helping us with our research. We were aiming for being VOC free. Barry was great with transparency and connecting us to others who could answer product questions. Everything was extremely professional and efficient. Could not be happier with attention to detail with laying floor. Really impressed with the quality of the timber and workmanship. The result is amazing!

Excellent service throughout the entire process with this company. From selecting the product to the finished outcome. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The quality and pricing is second to none. There ability to provides advise and options for timber species is brilliant. They have suplied us not only with timber but are able to provide glues, self leveling, fixings, ply even had the guy's machine timber mouldings to custom profiles. Highly recomended.

Beware shonky operator. Sold faulty timber flooring. Marks showed up after sanding. Michael stated that it is my fault, because I shouldn't have laid faulty boards. Marks were not visible until sanded. Marks were not visible to me, my flooring guy and obviously not to Michael, his wholesaler or the sawmill.
He is refusing to accept any responsibility. Will be seeing him at VCAT

The couple of the company owners are friendly, professional and honest. From the beginning process of installation of my timber floor till sanding and polishing finish, they very much focus on details and smooth communication for each step.
