This company is the absolute worst window company I’ve ever worked with.
They had no idea what they were doing. Windows and doors were arriving incomplete and put together upside down and inside out. One day they had 6 installers at the job and only managed to install one sliding door which I had to re do any way because it was wrong. Every single door and window was defected in some way or another.
I was shocked at the poor quality of the product, and the unprofessional way in which management dealt with the whole process . I was appalled by their service .

I have never in my life dealt with a bigger bunch of criminals. I built a 6 bedroom house with over $200k worth of these products and I’ve got various problems with 90% of everything they’ve supplied and installed. From the date of installation there was issues with useless tradesman being inexperienced juniors not knowing how to install their own products, not to mention months delayed from agreed supply and install dates. From the moment it was installed, shutters simply did not work, windows and doors were missing seals causing a breeze strong enough inside my house that internal doors close
