Depending on the type of car and number of windows, it can take 30 minutes to one-and-a-half hours. Just check with us when you book it in. We need good lighting and an enclosed space that is well protected, as dust particles can get in between the film and window. To ensure a good job, it's best to bring it to our well-lit, clean, spacious workshop.

I needed old tint removed from my car. David not only did an amazing job removing the tint but, to my surprise, he also cleaned the dirt off my car roof which took me hours to scrub off last time (and still didn't look as good). Thank you David! Incredible and fast service. Highly recommend.

He could not have been more helpful with both his knowledge and how quickly he was able to book my car in. I can't comment on the workmanship since it was never done.
Called in & got a quote. They were busy so it was a few weeks before a booking became available. They moved premises & I received a txt message confirming the booking and giving the new address. Turned up as arranged & the guy was out on another booking & forgot about me.
Customer service non existent. I'll look elsewhere, if they don't care about my booking I'd have doubts about the care in the actual job.

I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them based on their customer service this week. The product is great but be aware that applying this film can expose your windows to thermal stress, which will crack it. This happened with me yesterday and Solartint bluntly refuse to take any responsibility, and ignore the fact that this risk is not referred to in their literature. The gentleman I dealt with was immediately defensive and extremely rude. If you want decent customer service and honest information I would recommend that you do not use Solartint.
