I called up to enquire about having green waste removed, having read on the website that WM services my area and: "Depending on how much green waste you need to get rid of, we can either pick it up with our specially designed removal trucks, or set you up with a green waste bin."
The receptionist who clearly had no idea what they were talking about kept trying to tell me that WM Waste 'only services Councils', among many other statements that clearly contradicts all the information on the website.
Every time I was transferred to another department, it was sent to voicemail.

Not a professional service at all. Collection occurred on a Monday and I then received a copy of the invoice the next day advising that the transaction had been completed as per the terms and conditions, no further balance owing. The following day they charge my credit card for further money with NO communication to me. When I called to enquire they said I had put unauthorised material in the bin. When I requested photo evidence I received unclear photos of a bin that didn't even look like my bin. I did a google review check of WM Waste before I hired so that I would not get poor service and that

Charged an extra $120, without notice, when they did not mention in the initial or secondary conversation I had with them that bases incur a fee. Called twice to dispute and both times they did nothing saying it's the manager's role. I asked twice for a call back from the manager and they said he will call back. Never called back.
The issue was in dispute and they even took out the $120 before there was a solution found.

On a personal and professional level a very average to awful experience. Bin delivered 75 minutes outside the 2 hour delivery window. No correspondence or update to circumstances during this long waiting period. Compounding matters was demanding evidence of payment after delivery despite payment processed by my financial institution 3 days earlier. The inventory of excuses from operations/managers regarding my service and delivery concerns were unlimited. Really easy to use website to determine pricing and size. Fast response from reception to organise, clear instructions from them as where they could place bin on my property. Due to labour force problem my end, I had to reschedule, it was no problem and no penalty. Delivery was prompt as was the pick up. All in all, superb service and will be recommending to friends and family.

The customer service is better than a 5 star hotel and the flexibility in their quiet times wow.. and when they are busy they will try to alway give the best to help. I hear of the pain people, (builders and trades, now I'm renovating) have with bin companies, I don't know what they are talking about and have recommended WM Waste to everyone. It was recommended to me from the facilities manager at the local school I work with. Thank you to everyone at the office staff and drivers for your positive, helpful attitude that always exceed expectations.
