Unfortunately didn't look up reviews until 2 weeks after placing my order. Same as everyone else, complete lack of communication. My order status was 'pending' for the first 2 weeks then changed to 'completed'. I emailed asking what that meant and got not reply, after a few days I contacted NSW Dept of Fair Trading and sent their reference number to Bronzemoon in an email. 2 days later my parcel arrived by express post. Just over 3 weeks in total since I ordered and paid for it so I got off better than most people but still a far cry from the 2-5 days quoted on their website. Anyone still having

I placed my order on 11 February 2015 and I received it on 28 April 2015, a total of 11 weeks. During this time I only received a generic email that stated -Thank you for your email. Our warehouse has advised we're awaiting re-stocks which are expected shortly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe it is a scam set up to take money from purchasers. I ordered a knife case 3 months ago which did not arrive. I emailed asking for a refund and was told they will transfer to my account but I have not received any credit or refund. I am in the process of contacting fair trading and reporting this 'company'.

I ordered a Crkt tomahawk from bronzemoon since they were the best value for money and free post. The after three days checked on my order and in the process saw all these bad reviews. I was concerned to say the least so I emailed them basically saying I hoped they proved these bad reviews wrong.
I received a reply 6 hours later saying sorry they didn't have my item in stock and would refund my money...which I received the day after to my relief. So I'm writing this review to say that my experience has been worrying due to these reviews but all in all bronzemoon replied quickly and refunded quickly

I have tried contacting them several times but no response for weeks. Complaint has been filed with Office of Fair Trading. Do not put yourself through the anguish- AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful. Been given the runaround something shocking. Received some sort of error message during the placing of my order and assumed it hadn't gone through. They wrote back saying it hadn't been processed and was not active. I decided not to proceed but then see a charge for the amount on my credit card. During the process I also wrote to them asking them to cancel the order, since I had LOST CONFIDENCE in their system. It didn't help. And they began ignoring me. The worst online experience I've ever had. Congratulations, Bronzemoon, for failing to meet even the bare minimum of customer service, let alone even send me my order. I hated my interactions, or lack thereof. In the end the website claimed that it had filled my order! No goods = dispute the order with the bank. Sales of Goods Act NSW for all of you who were also fooled by this pretend online shop.

I've have emailed the company twice to get an ETA and the only response was "they've requested an update from their warehouse and will advise accordingly", which was the last I heard from them. TWO WEEKS AGO!
EDIT: Its been a month since my order. Still no response from this so called business. Order still pending.
