Energy Base made the entire solar idealism an effective and straight forward reality. After being referred by a friend, I could easily do the same for anyone else. Not only was the boss easily accessible for any questions, he was able to explain in detail and terminology relateable for anyone to understand. After a lot of research, Energy Base ticked all the boxes. From the sales to installation and everything in between.
Bob came and inspected the roof and suggested the LG panels along with the sungrow inverter, showed us what we can expect from the system and had us booked in for installation. The guys that came were on time, curtious and did a very professional job. Very neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves.
We were then contacted to see to see how things were. great after sales service.

Energy Base installed our 10.9kw system with complete ease. They where neat and fast with all questions that we had answered promptly. Brenden explained how to access the fronius inverter to use the monitor and… gave a comprehensive rundown on what to do when I needed to use the generator changeover switch and process of shutting down the inverter during severe weather. Bob was great to deal with when we where deciding on which system would suit our needs. A+++ all around from start to finish.
