We take pride in the quality of our landscaping design and construction; working closely with clients, architects and builders to satisfy our client's requirements and produce a pleasing and lasting landscape in our unique Tropical North Queensland environment. The company proprietor, Miles Mead, is personally involved in all stages of the process from consultation and quotation through to completion of the client project.
Miles of Landscaping can build you a deck around your pool, a new patio or outdoor living area with a range of hardwood timber finishes including; Kwila, Merbau and Spotted Gum. Erosion control is often needed on batters over 45° as it is prone to land slips or erosion. The most commonly used erosion control is Jute Matting which is pinned to the back and planted out with hardy grasses and quick growing shrubs or native plants.
Nature Play QLD's mission is to increase the time Queensland kids spend in unstructured play outdoors and in nature. Miles and the team from Miles of Landscaping have worked on a number of Government projects and corporate buildings for a few of my clients. The team did an excellent job at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre and also the recent Cairns Corporate Tower refurbishment. I highly recommend this professional corporate landscaper. The new MacKillop Catholic College was also part of some excellent planning from the very beginning of development thanks to Miles of Landscaping. If you're after a landscaper to mow your lawns or attend to your residential home, you best find a smaller business than this corporate
