Thanks to the Consolid8 team for the various reminders, prompts and heads-up regarding JobKeeper/Small Business Boost etc... because without those I would not have realised that my small, personal business was eligible...and missed out!! This is why I am happy to have consolid8 as my accountant; they didn’t let this slip through the cracks!
Seems expensive, but since they are proactive and provide solid business advice, they more than justify the cost. It's just good business value.

We have used Consolid8 both personally and for my business for over a decade now and have been so happy with the service and support. We like the monthly fee that we can budget for, and their help through COVID19 with information, tax planning and general help has been invaluable. Personally, thanks to Ellie for our week to week help, Lucy and Minna for overseeing it all for us. I am sure they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Thanks guys!

You know your accountant is dedicated when you send them an email at 11pm ready for the next morning and instead get a reply by 11.30pm. I’ve been with consolid8 for about 10 years, they are professional, responsive, realistic and knowledgeable. They somehow retain a gentle sense of humour when I bring my current accounting difficulty to them, and they are not daunted by much. Would not recommend for personal tax returns, less then 10 minutes interview and I had to chase up the status of the tax return several times. No personal service and advice on deductions, additional fees for more then 3 deductions? Was really looking for a better value for money for the price I was charged ( $220.00 )
They did help me out a few years ago as a small business, so maybe I went to the wrong place for personal tax. Unfortunately I won't be a customer in the future.
