Bough a car with Joe da Costa Nissan Sentra 2018 only 20 thousand km the car ended up having a problem 2
Months later the engine wouldn't start. So I Called him e he was EXTREMELY RUDE he wouldn't let me speak every time I tried to say something he would immediately cut me and start saying something else. He also said “I never sell anyone a car without giving the carfax history “ truth is he never gave one to me he made a mistake and didn’t want to be held accountable. So I called Nissan HQ and I found that this car has a recall so I had to pay for my vehicle to be towed to the nearest Nissan

WOW! Took my Volvo in on a whim to see if they could complete an alignment ASAP. Edward Gyan took me in right away. After their Tech discovered a broken control arm, they priced it out for me and I agreed to the repair. A free shuttle took me to work. The repair was done ahead of schedule, same day, within 2.5 hrs. My invoice was less than the quote, and they washed my car.
This was the best experience I've had at a domestic dealership. Im so used to being treated this way at Volvo, and was pleasantly surprised at how kind everyone was, considering I wasn't a previous customer.
I don't anticipate

We have been loyal GM customers for over 40 years. 7 years ago my elderly parents bought a new Equinox at this location. At the time their purchase came with a lifetime tire warranty, as long as they did their services at the dealership..which they did at $100+ each & everytime. Now after 7 years of overpriced services, when they need their 1st tire, they were told they do not qualify as they needed to do regular tire rotations there as well. REALLY? Why were we not told this at any of those service appts? We obviously would have done them to keep the warranty. I then contacted the service manager

I just did three things I never thought I'd do... Buy an American Car, buy a Chevrolet, and buy a Camaro! I was always a Japanese car guy, having owned nothing but for the past 30 years. But here I am with a brand new 2018 Camaro 1SS 1LE, purchased from Addison on Eglinton Chevrolet. That speaks volumes about how far Chevrolet, and in particular, the Camaro have come in that time. In fact, they've impressed me so much, that this was my very first brand new car purchase ever!
However, being my first new car purchase, I was expecting the worst from the dealership experience. Yet, here too, I was
