Regular eye examinations are important to maintain good vision and eye health. Depending on your individual circumstances, we recommend a general eye examination every 12 to 24 months. However, it may be important for certain demographics to see an optometrist more frequently, such as a patient with glaucoma, diabetes, macula degeneration or other eye conditions.
This is a common myth, and there is no evidence that using a computer can cause damage to the eyes.
