The City of Melbourne regulates which trees can be removed or pruned, regardless of whether a tree is on public or private land. The City of Victoria established a new Tree Preservation Bylaw, designed to protect trees (especially those which are native or have significant heritage value). Victoria has one of rarest forests in the Pacific Northwest.

From the first contact the whole team was professional, courteous and helpful. The team who cam to our house were fantastic - I was concerned about pruning the conifers we had and they were careful to make sure we maintained privacy. The trauma of removing a much loved but sick large tree was not as bad as I imagined, and in fact I am now enjoying a sense of new spaciousness and light ! The whole experience from quote, liaison and services completed could not have been easier. Got them to do some tree trimming to mitigate a dispute with a neighbor.
They kept me really well informed of the process, timing, costs and expectations. They did a great job and also threw in an incredibly well reasoned counter argument to my unreasonable neighbor who of course is still complaining and probably yelling at clouds. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Did a great job giving our oak tree a major pruning. Really pleasant and knowledgeable guys. Arrived on time for both the quote and the work. I heard about them from a friend (Thanks Tina!). Left us with a neat stack of wood for the fireplace, as requested, and did a good job cleaning up too. Didn’t trample on our garden beds either. Would definitely use again.
