As the principal of Tiyce & Lawyers, Michael has practised in the Sydney area since 1992, specialising in family law for married, de facto and same sex couples and acting in areas relating to parenting agreements, property matters, divorces, wills and estates. Family Law can be very complex area including settlements or litigation with significant assets, complex financial information and complicated parenting cases.
Lisa has helped many clients to navigate and settle their family law matters in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible. Lisa is a skilled negotiator in relation to parenting and property issues and is of the view that if at all possible, the best approach is one that does not include a courtroom.
Alexander Butters is a Special Counsel at Tiyce & Lawyers. Alex joined the firm in 2019 and has practised exclusively in family law since 2016. Alex previously worked as an associate in the Family Court of Australia assisting Justices Austin and Cleary expeditiously resolve disputes. Alex attained a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting from the University of Newcastle.

I would leave less if I could. Michael Tiyce was extremely arrogant, uncaring, more interested in money and holidays than helping. Childish in his manner. And yes, many do not leave their real names for fear of repercussions. I have been a client but would never go anywhere near that place again. Nasty business.
