Poor communication, not returning calls at all, constant delay too finish job without a reason. Not very impressed at all especially when I took it there as soon as the problem was detected and nearly 2 weeks later i still dont have my car and have no understanding on why because as I mentioned they cant return calls.

I drove my van and towed another vehicle to Greg's workshop for an engine and and auto-transmission transplant. Both were good running vehicles - the conversion was needed because my left knee was wrecked in a motorcycle accident and I can't continue driving the long distances I cover using a manual shift.
Greg estimated the job would take 3 weeks; I suggested 6 weeks was more reasonable, but if it went beyond 10 weeks I would be getting irritated, as the recipient vehicle was my only transport, and home-away-from-home.
After 26 weeks in Greg's workshop, I stopped the job and had it towed out

My husband and I were in Tamworth for a few days, and suddenly developed a problem with my Holden Astra, we drove in to the workshop, and Greg and Debbie and the guys were absolutely brilliant. They checked out the car straight away and ordered the part and fitted it for us as we were leaving in 2 days. They were so helpful and incredibly nice. Car runs brilliantly and we got home without an issue. Love your customer service guys.

I had a subwoofer fitted here, the sub did not work. They taped wires together, zip tied amp under the seat. They broke a piece of trim and glued it back together. They charged me for an amp in which it did not need as there was one built in the sub. They drilled a hole in the side of my sub causing unnecessary damage. I supplied a wiring kit which they then used there own and some of mine, even with some of the wiring not used on the vehicle or left in the car. All of which i have photos of. I was approached by one of the workers a few days later asking if the sub was still cutting in and out

Would give a minus star review if possible had a a rear bearing changed in our work ute. they were very helpful with the booking and to do the job in a timely manner. However when the bearing failed less than 200klm later. We were broken down in coolah and were stuck there for 2 days waiting for parts etc. They refused any liability and procceded to call us liars. Pack of liars and thieves

Was travelling through Tamworth on 28 Feb 2017 on my way to Victoria when my 5th wheeler van developed a tyre issue. Even though the shop was busy they went out of their way to attend to my problem straight away and get me back on the road The service provided in fixing the issue and getting me back on my trip was excellent and the price charged was much less than I expected to pay. Great service....and with a smile...... Highly recommended.
