If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice, so we can offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list. If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not arrive for your appointment, a fee WILL be charged, and we WILL require a credit card deposit to confirm your next booking.
Your time at allura will provide a relaxed atmosphere with soothing yet uplifting music, Byron Bay Organic Herbal Teas (hand crafted from naturopath Sarita Merlo), Nespresso Coffee Blends, and Cold pressed juices, a glass of red, white, or Sparkling wine, and mindful colouring are all complimentary.
At allura hair your highly qualified hair stylist (who has a minimum 5 years' experience) has been equipped with the knowledge in all aspects of hair cutting - especially style cutting. You will experience a thorough hair and scalp consultation supported by Tricho Camera Hair Technology. Your stylist will identify any hair and scalp concerns, and offer solutions to overcome these with their analysis.

I have been going to Allura for 3 years now and my stylist Roxanne is amazing! The colour is always on point and I love the fact that you are the only client for your stylist. The fast processing of colour means your in and out but at the same time you are pampered and looked after. It truly is an amazing experience and I look forward to my appointments. All the ladies at allura are lovely, friendly and up to date with the latest styles and trends.

Allura is the most amazing hair salon! They are on time, EVERY time, the service is impeccable and I always leave feeling amazing! The coffees and chocolates are a lovely touch and the massage chairs and head massages really add to the whole experience! The products they use are all high quality and mostly organic. I've been going here for over ten years and would never even think of going elsewhere!

Overall this is a fantastic place for all of your Haircare needs. I will say specifically that Nuwee has helped me achieve exactly what I want with my hair. Even if I’m not entirely sure where to go, she always has an idea of what will best suit me. She is patient and kind and I cannot thank her enough for helping me feel more confident.

I love Allura and being looked after by my fabulous Stylist, from start to finish of my consultation - in comparison to some salons, where a different team member, completes the different components, such as the cut, colour and shampoo. It’s also lovely being greeted so warmly by other staff members when they see me, each and every time I visit.

Absolutely love my trips to Allura! Always leave feeling pampered and with gorgeous hair. I love the one-on-one attention - and my stylist always knows what I need for my hair. Everyone is so friendly. I’m always offered a hot drink, plenty of reading material and very comfy chairs (even a massage chair while I’m getting my hair washed). Let’s not forget the amazing head massages!
My daughter also visits Allura and they have been fantastic with her scalp condition. The tricho products have definitely helped.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality outcome.
