If you are coming back from an injury that required surgery you should have a thorough Chiropractic examination.

Spinal joint alignment is important and while pain may not be evident you may not be at your best. This is where chiropractors can help. Since the primary focus of Chiropractic care is to improve nervous system function, patients can have an improvement with many health conditions.
Chiropractic is founded on the fact that the nervous system regulates and controls all functions of the body. We all live our life through our nervous system because all our senses, emotions and thoughts are regulated by our brains. The nervous system consists of the brain, spinal cord, nerve roots and all of the nerves in the body.
Your first visit will involve some paperwork, including specific questions to give us background information to your presenting complaint. We need this to get to the underlying cause of your pain. During your first visit we will check your general health. Also we will use other tests such as orthodeadic tests, structural analysis and any muscle tests and neurological tests as required.
Over recent years we have been contacted be members of the public from various parts of the country requesting more information about chiropractic and more specifically Gonstead Chiropractic. Many people have already seen chiropractic adjustments on Youtube and other sites and possibly seen some Gonstead adjustments and the results that can often be expected.

I chose Dr Stuart because of a couple of reasons. The first was that he is a Gonstead Chiropractor and the second he was located close to where I live.
I've now been seeing him for past 18 months and whilst at first the appointments were quite regular they are now only about every 3 months. Even then the adjustments are subtle rather than dramatic. Good chats also about health in general.
Appointment times are flexible and changing these can be easily done through a quick phone call and chat with Robbie.

I’m so glad to have found Stuart. He’s very passionate about his work and caring about his patients. He takes the extra mile to understand and find out the source of the pain and gives explanation of the treatment plan. After just a few sessions with Stu and I can feel the improvements.

I’ve had lower back pain for many years. Last year it got really bad when the muscles in my lower back felt like they froze up. I was doing a lot of different types of fitness workouts at the time which gradually exacerbated my back condition to the point where I was too stiff to move properly. My sister in Brisbane recommended that I go to a Gonstead chiropractor. She had been having back pain on and off and one of her mates who boxes to stay fit suggested she give a Gonstead chiropractor a try as they did wonders for his back condition. Her Gonstead chiro really helped her with her back pain

Very easily the best chiropractor out there. Dr Knox not just diagnoses and treats, but adds detailed context to what is happening, what to expect and actually takes you through the journey of a long term solution.

The moment you walk in the front door you feel so well looked after by Robbie with her friendly caring nature. Shortly followed by meeting Stuart. Wow. You know that you are going to be looked after at this place. Stuart’s knowledge and wisdom he shares with you is truely a life changing experience. I would like to thank you both for the care and concern you instill into your patients.
I have been dealing with back, neck and shoulder pain since my car accident, which had turned into a routine pain for me forcing the use of pain killers regularly. However, after visiting this amazing clinic, it all changed for both my daughter and I. Now with all the advices from Dr Stuart and this has only been from 3 visits thus far, I have control over my pain, which is very dull now, and amazingly no more medication, headaches or migraines.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, nor had I heard of the Gonstead method however, after meeting with and having a few sessions with Dr. Stewart, I cant rave about them enough! Dr. Stewart explains the mechanics of his work with great care and detail so you can understand what he is doing and how it is helping relieve your pain. Coming from the US and having had many years of Chiropractic therapy I was so grateful for having such a wonderful experience yesterday at Knox Chiropractic. I want to thank Robbie and Dr. Stuart for an exceptional first appointment yesterday. Robbie was both pleasant and informing and put me at ease with seeing my new Doctor for the first time.
