We have never been to an arcade, had a lot of fun! Jay at the desk was so lovely and patient explaining to the kids what prize they could pick with the tokens they had. Thanks so much, will visit again.

They’ve renovated the layout and it’s much lighter and more open than it used to be which is much nicer to attend as a family. We held our son’s birthday there and they have a party room if you take up one of their packages. The kids had an awesome time, we self catered with happy meals and the kids took prizes home from game tickets in lieu of gift bags.

Gotta love the diversity of the new vaccine policy. Obviously can be bothered with other COVID practices (keeping it clean).
Won't come back even when COVID isnt around. What a way to shatter a excited 8 year old.

Booked a Party here was late so couldn't use Party Room which was still empty for another 1.5hr denied birthday package cards had to pay full price for 12 kids.. No help no allowances for Birthdays had adults sitting outside...

Me and the kids had a splendid time today, staff member jay was a pure joy. thank you for your lovely help and patience. definitely will be coming back soon

Driving games and shooting games is the main stuff, a bit more variety would be better. North Lakes is better for games, service is equally good for both

Lots of lights noise and fun... decent variety of games plenty variety for younger kids. Older Teenagers may get bored though there are things for them as well. Decent pinball machine out front for us older folk.

So much fun for the family $50 worth of tokens lasted us hours . I love the new machines you've put in. The kids love collecting their tickets and saving them up.
I just wish the prizes weren't ridiculously over priced. After all it's all about the kids.

It's an arcade with some good machines for all ages of 'kids' however if you are after getting something worthwhile after collecting tickets, be prepared not to look at cash you have spent. However, if you look at enjoying the games from the indoor bowling machines and the basket ball styled games to the arcade driving games and jurassic world shooter then maybe you will forget the actual cost and any tickets are a bonus.
The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. It would be nice to see some new arcade machines or at least some updated ones but otherwise it's a place for a nice little break

$20 worth of tokens will occupy a child for about an hour. This arcade is well maintained and staff are always available to help. The games are a good mix of genres, although I do wish they would get rid of the game of chance machines that are thinly veiled gambling. Convenient position and easy access to parking.
