Ken Norris, founding director, started in the HVAC industry as an electronics engineer studying full time at RMI University. Once licensed in 1977, Ken furthered his education in the industry by undertaking an apprenticeship at Hayden Air-conditioning as a Refrigeration mechanic. With years of experience servicing, maintaining, and installing all aspects of HVAC systems, Ken opened his first air conditioning service company.

We have used Laserchill a few times now with out AC business and they are so easy to work with , the girls in the office are great and everyone we have come across PLUS the product is made in Australia , so we plan to be using them alot more in the future - Kaycee @ Coolabah Cooling
