Purchasing a security system was told that "yes we can install it" but no they cant simply being told to get a electrician in is not installing a product. Installing a product requires the person to install it to actual handle all the installation that includes hiring the necessary trade people to see that it will happen.
So after actually getting a professional in and actually doing a installation the security system is working fine.
