The journey to achieving a driver's licence in NSW involves several steps, which means most drivers will have to wait a significantly before progressing to a full and unrestricted driving licence. For eligible drivers wishing to accelerate the process while also gaining valuable skills in low-risk defensive driving, the Safer Drivers Course may be a useful alternative.
Research has proven that P1 Drivers are over 20 times more likely than learner drivers to be involved in a crash in the first 6 months of solo driving. However, after completing this awesome course, which is sponsored by the NSW State Government, your awareness and the knowledge you have gained on how to implement strategies, makes you a safer driver and therefore you are at less risk.

Would give 6 stars if I could! I had 3 Teenage boys all going for their P's within 12 months. Safety and experience were my number 1 priority and Chris and Jamie delivered beyond expectations. From our initial booking until the day of the P test the service was professional and process simple. Communication was excellent and Jamie and Chris were extremely accomodating around the boys school and work commitments. My 3 son's went into their P's driving Test day feeling prepared and confident. I highly recommend Examiner Driving School, they produce confident, skilled drivers.

My eldest son & I did the Keys2Drive free lesson, then my son did monthly lessons & the Safer Drivers Course, all with Examiner Driving School. After his hours were complete, he also did a lesson the day before the driving test & immediately before the test, then for the test we hired the driving school’s car.
Over the year that we dealt with Examiner Driving school they were always professional & communication was thorough & easy. I have heard that some driving schools are quite limited in where & when they will drive but Examiner will roam far & wide to give the student varied experience plus

Had a great experience with Examiner Driving School! Both Jamie and Chris are excellent driving instructors and tick all of the boxes in regards to knowledge, patience, communication, and professionalism. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend this driving school to anyone.

Cannot recommend Chris enough! I was a very anxious driver before taking up lessons, and Chris accommodated and made me feel safe and confident driving in a familiar area before taking me out of my comfort zone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with real life tips and tricks on how to be a safe driver, and also gave in depth instructions on how to drive and park properly (I had no idea how to reverse properly before taking up lessons). He was also a great conversationalist and cracked some pretty good jokes!! I also did the Safety Drivers Course with Examiner Driving School and it was fun

Chris and Jamie are excellent teachers who are highly professional and knowledgeable about everything needed to be a safe driver and to pass the driving test!!! Chris went over and above to help. My son did Safety Driver course with Chris also which was fine excellently. Due to Chris’ wonderful teaching, my son passed on his first attempt. We highly recommend this company. (We tried a few other teachers prior who were unprofessional and terrible teachers).

I would highly recommend Chris as a driving instructor. He made learning to drive easy which I never thought was possible as a nervous passenger for many years. Chris has a genuine interest in you passing your test and has the knowledge and experience to get you there. I couldn't recommend Examiner Driving School enough!

Reading all the glowing reviews about Chris the driving instructor, it’s difficult to believe it’s the same person. We booked a Keys2Drive lesson yesterday in which a parent needs to accompany the child on the lesson. Everything seemed fine, I didn’t say much from the back seat but asked a few questions and we laughed and joked a bit. About… half-way through the session, and without warning, Chris suddenly snapped and started yelling at us, that we weren’t taking it seriously and threatened to terminate the lesson. He seemed to have the idea that we were laughing

Chris is not just an outstanding instructor, but an amazing human being: Highly competent, always relaxed, immeasurably insightful and refreshingly funny.
