I had a security system and door bell intercom installed by Rob & James. Last week I had a bit of and issue with not being able to have visual pictures on my intercom from all the cameras (my fault entirely). I contacted Rob told him of the issue he came over within a day & had the problem resold with James’s help. I would highly recommend Rob & James for their promptness, workmanship, able to fix a problem right away without giving you a thousand reasons that it can’t be done, reliable, friendly & for their excellent customer service.

Love the camera and alarms installed by Metrolock. Rob and the team turned up on time and completed both installs on the day. They were extremely knowledgeable and guided me on exactly where would be the best places to fit the cameras for maximum visibility. They even took the time to give me a crash course on how to use the app and view the footage on my TV. My wife has already recommended them to a work colleague.
