I have read the other reveiews and I cant beleive its the same company that I have tried to deal with. To be told that council jobs come before residential jobs is an insult. They supposed to be here this morning and I received no call or message, that's poor customer service in my books. It's even worse that this was the second time it occurred. I was told that they could do it in 3 weeks with no garrantee they would honour the date as a council job could come up and that would override our job. Who knows if their work is good as I changed companies, Hopefully it would be better than their organisational
