Located on the Gold Coast, Janine Edwards was established over 25 years ago (adjacent to luxury hotels Versace and the Sheraton). The boutique carries an array of top international and domestic designers and is armed with a dynamic sales team who strive to provide a paramount customer service and styling experience in store.
Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. Please note during the Sale period delivery times may be slightly extended for all sale item purchases unless Express Shipping is selected at checkout. Standard delivery (2-5 business days) is complimentary for all orders delivered within Australia.
Janine Edwards has a returns policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your parcel, provided that items are in original condition.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and associated designer packaging in original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged dustbags and shoe boxes, and unmarked shoe soles).We do not accept returns on gift cards, intimates or sale items.
