The New Crossing Place Motel & Apartments is a family owned and operated business. The Pearce family built the motel in the mid 1970's and continue to operate the business to this day. As a freehold owner the Pearce Family are continually re investing in the business with constant improvements and expansion to keep up with customer expectations needs and wants.
The New Crossing Place Motel & Apartments pride itself on providing premiere accommodation. We are continually reinvesting in our facilities and offerings, as a freehold owner we are constantly reinvesting in our business. In 2017 we opened 10 new apartments to cater for a market crying out to be serviced.
Seymour is in such a great location being a regional hub for the district with a range of social services with an abundance of medical options including the Seymour Hospital, Government Agency's Humans Services and Vic Roads along with great Shopping with all major supermarkets available. The rail line junction with multiple daily services to Melbourne for the daily commute along with services to access all of Australia.

My experience was not great. Friendly and accommodating staff but that's where the positives stop. The lowest part of the experience was the mattress. It might be ok for some but for me it was about as hard as concrete. It was so bad I found alternative accommodation. It was definitely a budget motel. Not my cup of tea but perhaps you might have a better experience.

We r staying in a standard motel room and its got everything a studio apartment has but a better price per night. It even has a menu for breakfast, something we have not seen in all our accommodation in the last 7 days. Very clean room and bathroom, great customer service ,perfect for an overnight stay.

What a awesome place to stay with your partner or family . I give them a 5 star rating, as they go above and beyond. the rooms are spacious , very clean with perfect working air-conditioning and bathroom very modern, shower was incredible large , towels large and clean . customer service fabulous and very friendly staff , big breakfast delicious, large serving . great price .... the swimming pool clean and beautiful surrounding a BBQ area with plenty of shade , picnic table with shade and the grass is soft under feet .. definitely will be staying here again as we have already booked for next holidays

Most of the room was really clean. Up to date modern style. Very comfy bed. Was almost a 5 star review.
A little bit of mould in the bottom of the shower along the glass. Under the vanity in the bathroom had used face washer and hair.
The fridge in the kitchen had not been turned on so all the drinks in the fridge were warm.
Other then that great tidy place to stay.
