Several occasions now I have had issues resolved over the phone which has not only demonstrated in-depth product knowledge but also a willingness to go over and above to assist customers. It’s also worth adding that the issues have not resulted from a lack of quality but from my lack of understanding - I’m extremely happy with my Kimberly platinum. I highly recommend the guys at SEQ campers 👍🏻👍🏻 They’re definitely a benchmark for other businesses to be measured by.

After spending days looking for information and having technical questions about a second hand KK I bought through a private sale thought I would try a KK dealer. Spoke to Shane at SEQ Campers. Considering I live in WA and didn't even purchase our KK from him I was amazed at the amount of help he offered me. What had taken days of looking on the net and making phone calls was sorted out in about 5 minutes with Shane over the phone. Big thank you Shane for your patience and and advice.

We bought our camper from Shane when they were still at Caboolture. The care and service quality was so good we have followed them to Nambour for our Kimberley Camper servicing and upgrades. Even though it's a bit of a hike from business we know that the work done will be reliable and not let us down in the middle of the bush when it counts.

We received our new Kimberley Camper from Shane when they were still at Caboolture. Now whenever we have a problem with the camper, we ring Shane in Nambour for our Kimberley Camper servicing and upgrades. Recently Dean and Paul fixed an issue with the kitchen draw. Their skills, attention to detail and dedication are really appreciated and we highly recommend this place.
