1. I got the price from their facebook. They increased the price when I got to there. Their facebook price maybe misleading.
2. they jacked up the car in a wrong spot (I heard a plastic popping sounds and they had lower the jack immediately. (I was quite disappointed with that))
3. they didnt use torque wrench to tighten the bolts.
My opinion:
Nothing special with the price.
The way they did is not that professional but they did the job.
The service is ok but the attitude can be better.
No need to book but you may need to wait for 30mins if you walk in.

I wouldn’t recommend having your car worked on by this shop. The work quality is average but the attention to detail is poor. I had my tyre replaced by them a few months ago and they forgot to return my wheel lock nut key (I haven’t had my car visit any mechanic since then). I only realised today it was missing when I needed to put my spare tyre on and I wasn’t able to remove my wheels! When I reached out to the shop to see if they still had it, they weren’t very interested to even attempt to look for it. I now need to pay for a full new lock set from VW costing $120. Thought I’d save

Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! Dodgy tyres, then two weeks after having tyres fitted had to go back because they had put the tyres on the wrong way. Ran into problems with the tyres later on tyres were extremely dodgy and avoided fixing ANY issues, pretended to help with supposedly ringing the tyre supplier but after not getting back to us we… ended up ringing the supplier ourselves to find out they hadn’t even bothered ringing the supplier in the first place lies after lies. Then told us they spoke to someone at the supplier I find out that person they had supposedly spoken to wasn
