Completely furious, disappointed and devastated at the lack of responsibility, accountability and communication of this company. We would absolutely not recommend them to anyone and have had the worst… experience with Brightzone Cleaning.
We paid $550 up front to the cleaners for our gorgeous home to be cleaned after sale to be ready for the new owners later that day. When I arrived at the end of the clean they had not yet finished the clean but straight away noticed approx 20 marks all over our hard wood floors. When asked what had happened, they would not take responsibility for the marks

We were about to transfer to our new home but the previous owners left us with so much cleaning to do. Sunny did a fantastic job for our end of lease clean, very thorough, deep clean and attention to detail was excellent. He and his paertner was on time and they charge us extra for walls which they clearly told us upfront. All the price was carbon clear upfront and the communication was prompt. We did got our Rental bond within 5 days after the cleaning. If anyone need end of lease clwaning or Tenancy cleaning I Would highly recommend him & his company. I would definitely use the service again.

I have used the Bright Zone Cleaning twice for end of lease cleaning and pre move-in cleaning with brightzone and they have always done exceptional job. Special mention to Veer and his spouse , they got me my bond back all the times. Also, I find the management staff quite approachable and helpful. They shown great flexibility in re-scheduling my cleaning at the last minute without any charges. Highly recommended.

The worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with and heard of. Very unprofessional.
Failed the first end of lease clean, after dodging my calls and emails they finally come back for the second clean for 50 mins in total and still failed to clean the property to a decent standard.
I would not recommend anyone going with Brightzone.
The response… time with there communication is also very slow.
My 2 bed 2 bath townhouse was left with bits of dirt, dust and spiders webs over multiple rooms.
They had marked the walls at the front door probably with steam cleaner or something and took no justice

Fantastic Cleaning company "Brightzone cleaning" it was wonderful experience with them very good service provided by experienced cleaner! I have used them for cleaning my two storey house and I am fully satisfied and premises was sparkly clean. The price was really affordable for the outcome! Everything is neat & clean. and the cleaner was very professional & friendly. eventually I have got the full refund of my Bond Back and called the cleaners and operator for thanks to help me in this. I would say they are best in state and would definitely recommend to anyone. Good job Guys, keep working hard

Best cleaners in our town. We hired Brightzone cleaners for our end of lease cleaning for 4 bedroom house.The team who completed the work were very professional, efficient and prompt on time. The work was completed as asked & in fact I would say that the team went beyond what was expected of them on the day as bathroom and kitchen was so messy and they made it look new again.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to all my friends and family as we got our full bond back.

Great end of lease clean. I did not get to see the place in person after the clean was completed but my bond was fully refunded. Good communication throughout as I was not able to be present to drop off and pick up keys and even though the start time was delayed by several hours, I was notified and kept in the loop and the clean was completed on the day as I had requested as we had a very tight turnaround. Would recommend.

Fully recommend company.I booked with Jass & team for my end of lease cleaning property, they have transformed my property, from very dirt & shiny one. they ensured me this property is very dirty than the normal ones and will take 2 hours extra to rectify the spots which occurred due to fungus, they have cleaned each and every surface no matter how difficult for them, Left the property with nice fragrance and thoroughly cleaned. surely, I would recommend Jass and team for future cleaning, they are just not good even they are best at their professional work, Highly appreciated for their hard work

After the short notice booking very next day, two girls came at my property with their full of stuff ( seriously I am amazed to see their equipment and eco friendly chemicals) arranged time by operator over the phone and they worked very hard all day. Great attitude. no surprises given by them, my house was very messy and one of cleaning company denied to work straight away after visiting property and I had to returned keys day after tomorrow to Agent but I really thankful to these cleaning company who accepted my request in very short notice and sent very experienced cleaners who did outstanding
