Very bad and disappointing experience with Allpumps, which should be rated less than half star. Had an oil leaking issue to our gearpump and contacted Allpumps sales. The salesman suggested repair is required to be done ASAP and quoted for ~$1200. However, after repair, the leaking was even worse and a couple of bolts were not tightened at all. Sent the pump back to them but this time they said the gland pack is designed to leak a bit and the pump is in order. We have to be charged again for the labour and freight because they would hold the pump and we need it for our project. That means we paid
