Over the years, Angas has been our go-to agency for complex travel, personal recommendations and even emergency advise. By way of recent example, on a trip to Japan recently, I needed an emergency itinerary change. The staff there not only made time for me last minute, they got my problem solved within hours of learning of it, including re-booking tickets, liaison with the airlines and organising special assistance for a 22+hrs journey. Many thanks to the wonderful Helen Beale who not only organised a complicated 11 week trip for us, but when things fell through on day 5 of our holiday when I smashed my elbow joint in a fall came through with liaising with our insurance company, and organising refunds where possible, which was a massive job. Also she’s organised all our paperwork for our claim. We are so glad we used a travel agent, this is when it really counts.
