I ordered a petticoat and recieved a tracking number. I heard a week later while chasing up the postage that I had not only been given the wrong tracking number, but that the petticoat was not even in stock. They offered a refund or a different petticoat. I expressed disappointment at the wait to tell me the out of stock situation and requested a refund. This was well over a week ago. I have essentially been ghosted. They have taken my money and ran, providing neither a petticoat or a refund for the item they never had to begin with. I purchased two skirts from this wonderful supplier that were sold out at many other sites that I normally shop from. They were cheaper, the postage was free, and when I realized they didn't fit they were… promptly exchanged for the suitable size to fit me. I cant recommend this supplier highly enough for how much she went out of her way to provide top customer service. I will now do all of my shopping right here. Very trustworthy and very friendly. I hope she opens a store in the CBD someday, i will be a regular.
