I had Al and Chris today. This was part of a samsung warranty repair. My whole experience has been great and very timely. Not only did they order the components for repair of the faulty unit but also helped me understand my unit. As a this is our first time having a ducted unit it was much appreciated. Some damage was found in the ducted connections in the roof, they also repaired upon the installation visit.

Disappointed by overpriced quoting and poor customer service.
Parts ordered and paid for early Dec, with lead time of 5-7days. Finally installed late Jan. (~49 days between payment and fitment, (accept time includes Xmas period but original quote had parts arriving with sufficient time before Xmas shutdown) Rang numerous times to follow up on install date only to be told a number of conflicting stories about a missing part and its whereabouts and no apparent chasing or follow up. My rough calculations from online parts pricing (including using the company they got parts from) conservatively put

We used Lesside to do a warranty claim on our Samsung ducted air conditioner. They were very proffessional and went above and beyond to help us get our issue sorted. It was a big job and required replacing the coil in the air conditioner and was a lot of work and a difficult job to work on the air conditioner in our roof crawl space. Kayne was brilliant! Would reccomend them to everyone
