I did move out cleaning with this agent, specially cleaner is horrible. They are very unprofessional and ill mannered. The cleaner doesn’t Listen to what we say. They don’t even clean what their webpage claims. Forget about bond guarantee. They charge for doing nothing. Very much disappointed. Please never go for this company.

This business is a scam. They happily take your money and provide no service. The owners have acknowledged that the clean never occurred, however they refuse to refund the money. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, hard to contact, and the most unethical business I have ever come across. We had to pay $300 compensation to get our bond back because the house was so filthy, and the business owners still refused to at bare minimum give us the refund. Consumer Affairs Victoria are aware of this business, however we encourage anyone else who had a bad experience to contact Consumer Affairs with

Excellent service and communication. Employed them for an end of lease clean. Pre-communication was excellent. On the day the guys were running late, but communicated this to me and a time they would arrive. The cleaning itself was fantastic. The house was spotless, far cleaner than I could have got it, and in probably half the time! Really happy with them.

They quoted, detailed description of the unit was provided for quote, unit was empty, when they arrived to start they requested another $80 + more. Called another company and they will be providing the service the same day at the rate we were first quoted by Move Out Cleaning. very unprofessional and would not recommend. Was booked in my partners name.

Highly disappointed with this service and do not recommend.
1. Disorganised- attended wrong address, so they rescheduled to the next day. Arrived 1 hour late, had to contact them.
2. Price- over quoted amount for small residence
3. Cleaning- requested thorough job. Spent up to two hours cleaning after them (skipped areas, clearly rushed job). Took before/after photos to show what they had missed and what we had to clean. rude and accused us of making it up despite sending them photos
