Services
Ice Cream Party Hire has a range of packages to choose from to suit your budget and guest size. We also have the option of making a complete custom package based on your needs. Our packages accommodate for approximately 125mL of Ice Cream / Yogurt per guest and enough candy, toppings and fruits for the perfect mix.
We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. If you are paying by EFT Bank Transfer or Credit Card we will require full payment for the hire 14 days prior to your function. If you have a last minute booking, you will be required to pay the full amount upon booking. If you wish to cancel your hire or make any changes to your package this can be made for free provided that you notify us at least 10 days prior to the function.
Ice Cream Party Hire provides free delivery & set up of Ice Cream Machines within an approximate radius of 30km from central Victoria. If you would like to check or are unsure whether your delivery address is within our free delivery zone please contact us. If you require a set up or pick up time outside of our operating hours, please contact us as an extra fee may apply.
