We have been going to Modra's apartments for 20 years now for our annual break. Started as a Travel Auction short holiday and we just rebook for another week the following year. Premises were updated about the 7th year. Large bathhroom adapted to include automatic washing machine and dryer. New shower glass enclosed with had shower. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, electric frypan, toaster and kettle, upright electric stove. Full sized fridge. TV/DVD. Electric blanket on double bed. 2 seater couch. Have been very happy with facility and complex owners.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment with undercover parking in the rain made for a ideal weekend.

Fantastic place to stay. The owners go out of their way to ensure everything is up to standard. We needed a short length of pipe to bend the grapple anchor tongs and that was supplied. So we went a caught a quota of King George Whiting. Highly recommended accommodation.

Lovely fresh, clean apartment, with everything needed. Great undercover carport for our dog, and pretty grounds close to the beach. The bed is very comfy, and the shower is great. Exceptionally friendly staff, family run business. Thank you Modra family. Jo and Richard Dryden.

Modra's Apartments is a very good location for your stay. Clean, tidy, updated rooms with spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette. Very close to the beach and a kids play area. The owners were lovely to talk to and very responsive. The only suggestion I would like to give is to install internal lights for their walkway as it tends to become very dark at night. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.
