Beware. This agency bullies you into submitting 'verbal' offers prior to section 32 being prepared. Which is illegal.
They also SELL properties illegally prior to the section 32 being prepared based on a "gentlemens agreement". They do not act with the Vendors best interest as priority. All they want to do is get it off their books ASAP.
This is based on a very bad experience and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND potential vendors steering away from this agency especially if you think the agent should work for you.
