Unprofessional, they recently took over a contract at the Philly Navy yard and have systematically forced and fired the current employees out. They force them out faster than they can hire replacements so they force the remaining employees to work shifts they don't normally work and don't volunteer for, and when they don't work those hours they get fired. They also don't pay them the hours they do work. "Clerical errors" are the reason. So either payroll is incompetent, or they just try not to pay their employees what they're owed. This is coming from an employee
